Women’s Retreats
As women we are often feeling depleted by life these days, with the fast-paced, instant gratification world we live in. As women we are tenders, creators, leaders, nurturers, givers. At times it can feel as if we are tending too much and our responsibilities can feel burdensome with our sense of fulfillment lost.
In this overnight retreat we will look into the moon cycles and how they relate to us uniquely. We will become one with the herd many times during your stay. Offering meaningful connection and time spent with horses and nature. This retreat includes guided activities designed to support relaxation, self-reflection and personal growth, while creating a supportive environment for women to rest, learn and reconnect with themselves.
Accommodations will be in the original farmhouse or a small cabin. Culinary delights will be prepared mindfully, offering gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian delights.
You will leave this self-nourishing retreat feeling grounded, cleansed, serene, and clear, with the spark of purpose and power reclaimed.
