About Us
Our Story
We bring with us years of expertise in holistic healing
For the Love of the Horse & Yourself of Course was founded to create a space where the presence of horses & guided mindfulness practices come together to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and authentic connection.
What began as a deep appreciation for the quiet wisdom of horses has grown into something more, a shared space where people can slow down, reconnect, and experience the grounding presence these animals naturally offer.
Horses have an incredible ability to reflect energy, encourage presence, and invite honesty without words.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a respected, peaceful community where horses help guide people toward mindfulness, emotional healing, and deeper connection with themselves and the natural world.
To become a trusted sanctuary where people reconnect with themselves and the healing presence of horses, supporting mental wellness, personal growth, and meaningful human-animal connection while inspiring greater mindfulness, balance and wellbeing in everyday life.

I’ve been connected to horses for most of my life and they have shaped the way I understand connection, presence, and healing. Over time, I began to notice how deeply horses influence the people around them, not through doing, but through simply being. That awareness became the foundation for creating For the Love of the Horse and Yourself of Course - a space where others could experience that same presence and grounding. I believe in simplicity, presence, and the quiet wisdom of animals. This work is about creating a safe, natural environment where people can reconnect with themselves and experience calm, clarity, and authentic connection. This space is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself, supported by the presence of the herd.
